Yes. The Concerto Organic Pillow Top Mattress works with an adjustable base.
Does the Concerto require assembly?
No. The Concerto ships roll-packed — it just needs a few minutes to expand and it's ready to sleep on.
What's the difference between the Serenade and the Concerto?
The Concerto features a taller support coil, an added layer of high-density microcoils, and a hand-tufted pillow top construction that secures the thicker layers together — giving it a plusher, more cushioned feel than the Serenade.
Do the coils contain glue or adhesives?
No. Naturepedic uses a proprietary heat-sealing method for both coil layers, removing the need for glues or adhesives — a Naturepedic exclusive among organic mattress makers.
Do I need a foundation or box spring?
No, as long as your bed frame provides a supportive, correctly-heighted platform. If your platform uses slats, make sure they're spaced no more than 3" apart to prevent grooves from forming in the mattress over time.
What is the maximum weight limit for the Concerto?

What is a Split King?

This Naturepedic kids mattress is backed by a 25-Year Limited Warranty to the original purchaser against defects in materials or workmanship.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover normal wear and tear, stains, damage from improper use or care, or mattresses that have been resold or are not owned by the original purchaser. Coverage terms for later years of the warranty period are detailed in the full warranty document below.
