Which Stokke Sleepi version do I need — V2 or V3?
Stokke updated the Sleepi to V3 in 2022. If you purchased your crib before 2022, you likely have V2. Check the label on the inside of your crib frame, or contact Stokke support to confirm.
Can I buy just the cover?
Yes. The PK46V3 and PK46V2 are replacement breathable covers for their respective mattress versions.
Does the breathable cover come with the mattress?
Yes. Both MK46V3 and MK46V2 include the removable breathable cover.
How do I clean the cover?
Machine wash cold, tumble dry low. It reattaches in seconds.
Is this certified organic?

Naturepedic Lifetime Limited Warranty

This Naturepedic crib/toddler mattress is backed by a Lifetime Limited Warranty to the original purchaser against defects in materials or workmanship, for as long as the mattress is owned by the original purchaser and used under normal residential conditions. If the mattress is used in a commercial setting (daycare, hotel, rental, etc.), the warranty period is reduced to 5 years from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover normal wear and tear, stains, damage from improper use or care, mattresses that have been resold or are not owned by the original purchaser, or damage caused by an unsuitable crib frame or foundation.

How to File a Claim

Contact Naturepedic with your proof of purchase (original receipt or order confirmation) and photos of the defect. Claims may be mailed to Naturepedic, 16925 Park Circle Drive, Chagrin Falls, Ohio 44023, or by phone at 1-800-91-PEDIC (1-800-917-3342).
