AirDream™ Ultra Replacement Pump by Leggett & Platt

If your AirDream™ Ultra won't inflate or deflate, the built-in pump may need replacing. This genuine Leggett & Platt replacement pump installs right into the pump plate on your existing air bladder. There's no need to replace the bladder or the mattress.

• Queen pump (fits all sizes): This is the pump Leggett & Platt stocks for every AirDream™ Ultra. It works on Twin, Full and Queen bladders. On a Full or Twin, it's sized for a larger chamber, so press STOP a little sooner once the mattress reaches the firmness you want.
• Full pump: The original Full-size pump. It has been discontinued and only a few remain. Once they're gone, the Queen pump is the replacement for every size.

• Unplug the mattress, then remove the 6 screws from the pump plate.
• Gently open a gap using the power cord and wand cable, tilt the old pump at an angle and lift it out. Work carefully to avoid damaging the electronics.
• Make sure the silicone seal is even and flat in the plate's groove, then seat the new pump at an angle until it's securely lodged in the flange.
• Replace the 6 screws snugly. Don't over-tighten them, or the solenoid can stick.
• Plug in and test all three modes: Inflate, Deflate and Stop.
