Shipping Methods & Delivery Information

Our shipping methods are determined by the size and weight of your items. Unless otherwise specified in the product description, Standard Shipping refers to either Parcel Services or Truck Freight.

Standard Shipping: Parcel Services

For smaller items, we utilize major carriers such as UPS, DHL, FedEx, or USPS.

  • Delivery Area: Merchandise is delivered directly to the front door of your home or the front entrance of your workplace.

  • Limitations: This service is subject to weight and volume restrictions; therefore, larger items may require alternative shipping methods.

Standard Shipping: Truck Freight (Free Curbside Delivery)

Because much of our furniture is oversized or heavy, it must be shipped via a trucking company (Common Carrier).

  • Service Level: This is a curbside delivery. Carriers will unload the furniture at street level.

  • Special Accommodations: At the driver’s discretion—and only if the truck can be safely maneuvered—items may be placed inside a garage.

  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for moving the furniture from the curb into your home and completing the setup. Please ensure you have adequate assistance available upon delivery.

White Glove Delivery

For a more seamless experience, we offer White Glove Delivery for an additional fee. This premium service includes:

  • In-home delivery to your room of choice.

  • Full assembly and professional setup of your new furniture.

  • Important Note: While this service is available for most locations, additional costs may be incurred if you live in a remote or rural area.

  • Inquiries: To request a quote or check availability for your area, please contact us at info@bedplanet.com.

Delivery Attempts & Fees

To avoid additional charges, please ensure someone is available to receive the shipment at the scheduled time.

  • Missed Delivery: A $75 fee will be charged for any failed delivery attempts.

  • Non-Payment: If this fee is not collected, the product will not be delivered. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for all original shipping charges and applicable restocking fees.


Where Does Bed Planet Deliver?

We offer FREE shipping to anywhere in the continental United States. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

  • Hawaii & Alaska: Please call us at 888-996-9890 for a custom shipping quote.

  • Rural Areas: Please note that some remote locations may incur a surcharge. If this applies to your order, we will contact you directly to discuss the details.

We partner with experienced national carriers to ensure your items are handled with the utmost care, especially when selecting our White Glove Delivery option.


Important: Inspect All Boxes Upon Delivery

To ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, please follow these inspection guidelines:

  1. Check for Damage: Carefully inspect all boxes upon arrival.

  2. Note Issues: If you notice slight packaging damage that may affect the furniture, you must note the specific nature of the damage on the receipt or Bill of Lading (BOL).

  3. Refuse Severe Damage: If boxes are severely damaged, please refuse the shipment and note the damage on the freight bill.

  4. Save Packaging: Keep all original packaging, as it is required to process any damage claims.

Note: Your signature on the delivery receipt acknowledges that the merchandise was delivered in satisfactory condition. BedPlanet cannot be held responsible for repairs or replacements if damage is not noted at the time of delivery.

Our premium White Glove Delivery service provides a seamless, stress-free experience:

  • In-Home Setup: A professional two-person crew will bring the item into your room of choice (includes up to two flights of stairs).

  • Full Assembly: We fully assemble items like massage chairs and adjustable bases so they are ready for immediate use.

  • Debris Removal: We remove all boxes and packing materials for you.

  • Preparation: Please ensure the path and the destination room are clear before the team arrives.


Stock Delays & Cancellations

Occasionally, high demand may lead to stock delays. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you with an estimated restock date. If you prefer not to wait, you may cancel your order without any restocking fees.
