Infinity FREE Manufacturer’s Warranty

Infinity offers a 5-year Limited Warranty. The layout of the warranty is 1,3, and 5 years. It is laid out as follows: 1st Year is full coverage for both parts and labor with in-home service. There is no charge for the technician to come out to fix the chair in the first year. Years 2-3 only parts are covered, however you will pay a service call for the technician to come out and for his labor time that he’s there repairing the chair. Years 3-5 the mechanical structure of the chair will continue to be covered. This includes USA-based customer & technical support.
