Most adjustable bases raise your head by folding you at the waist. The iTilt does something no standard base can: it tilts the entire sleep surface as a single plane, from 0° up to 12°. Gravity does the work, and you keep your body straight.
That distinction matters if you sleep on your side or your stomach. With a conventional base you have to lie on your back to get the benefit of elevation. With incline therapy you get the elevation and your preferred sleeping position at the same time.

The tilt mechanism is protected under U.S. Patent 9,642,757. The whole deck rises as one plane, so you rest on a gentle slope rather than bent at the waist.
A few degrees of elevation changes how you rest without changing how you like to sleep.
A one-touch preset raises the upper body to a subtle, pre-set angle.
Rest with your head above your chest at any angle between 0 and 12 degrees.
Raise the footrest up to 40 degrees to take load off the lower back.

Whole-deck tilt: 0–12°

Zero Gravity — head and knees above the heart to take load off the spine.
Anti-Snore — a subtle head lift you can set without waking up.
TV — an upright seat for reading, laptops, or late-night episodes.
Two additional buttons store positions of your own, so your personal setting is always one press away.

Two independently controlled massage motors sit under the head and the foot of the deck. Run one, run both, or run them at different strengths — useful when your back wants more than your legs do.

A soft LED glow at floor level for middle-of-the-night trips — enough to see by, not enough to wake anyone.
As the deck articulates, the frame glides back toward the wall so your nightstand stays within arm's reach.
An LED screen and built-in flashlight, batteries included, plus MotoSleep app pairing if you'd rather control the bed from your phone.
If the power drops while you're inclined, the backup returns the bed to flat so you're never stuck.

The iTilt is a drop-in base, so in most cases it sets right inside your existing bed frame — no tools, no new furniture. Prefer it freestanding? The included legs handle that too, with 8" of floor clearance underneath for storage or a robot vacuum.
Works with virtually any modern mattress: memory foam, latex, or hybrid. Headboard brackets are sold separately if you want to attach your existing headboard.
Dual German-engineered motors move the deck smoothly and quietly enough that a sleeping partner generally won't stir.
