Ask Alexa to add the Sleeptracker® Skill by saying "Alexa, enable Sleeptracker® Skill.”
Or, in the Alexa app or in your Alexa account at http://alexa.amazon.com, find the Sleeptracker® Skill. Click or tap Enable.
To remove the Sleeptracker® Skill for Alexa:
In the Alexa app or in your Alexa account at http://alexa.amazon.com, find the Sleeptracker® Skill.
Click or tap Disable Skill.

Using Sleeptracker® Skill for Alexa

Use Alexa to tell you how you slept
You can use the Sleeptracker® Skill for Alexa to get updates on your sleep stats from your last recorded sleep within the last thirty days.

Use Alexa to perform Sleeptracker® actions
You can use the Sleeptracker® Skill for Alexa to start a sleep recording as well as stop a sleep recording.
Alexa can perform the following Sleeptracker® actions

“Alexa, tell Sleeptracker® to start recording sleep”
This will start a Sleeptracker® sleep recording.

“Alexa, tell Sleeptracker® to stop recording sleep”
This will stop a Sleeptracker® sleep recording.
If you forget the commands, you can always say “Alexa, ask Sleeptracker® for help.”
Note: "tell Sleeptracker®” and “ask Sleeptracker®” can be used interchangeably for any command.
Ask Alexa for information or to perform functions
You must tell Alexa to ask Sleeptracker® for the information or to perform functions.
To trigger the Sleeptracker® Skill for Alexa, first you must say: “Alexa, ask Sleeptracker®…”
- "Alexa, ask Sleeptracker® to move my bed to TV Mode."
- "Alexa, ask Sleeptracker® to set my bed to Zero-G."
- "Alexa, ask Sleeptracker® to turn my bed light on."
Alexa can only access information when your Sleeptracker® is properly connected to the cloud.

Ask Alexa for other Sleeptracker® statistics
Alexa can tell you information about the following Sleeptracker® stats:
“Alexa, ask Sleeptracker® how I slept”
Alexa will tell you the specifics of your last sleep recording within thirty days.
“Alexa, ask Sleeptracker® for my heart rate”
Alexa will tell you the specifics of your heart rate for your last recording within thirty days.
"Alexa, tell Sleeptracker® to send my sleep report”
Alexa will email a copy of your sleep report to you.
If you forget the commands, you can always say “Alexa, ask Sleeptracker® for help.”

Switching Amazon Household Profiles
If you have more than one user in your Amazon Household Profile, you can ask Alexa to switch profiles so you can access your Sleeptracker® stats. Amazon allows two adults to share a Household profile. For more information and detailed instructions, please visit the Amazon Help & Customer Service site.
- Both people in the Amazon Household must have an Amazon account.
- Both people in the Amazon Household must have the Alexa app on their mobile device.
- Both people must be logged in to their respective Sleeptracker® accounts in the Alexa app.
- To switch accounts you can say, "Alexa, switch accounts." Once your account is switched you can access your Sleeptracker® stats as you normally would.
